Eva Neufeld has been a Registered Massage Therapist in B.C. for the past 23 years. During her career, she has acquired an eclectic background in health sciences. She has had the honour of completing a 4-year Intensive Herbal programme, learning from herbal masters (Seraphina Capranos, Jasmyn Clift, Rainbow May and Rosemary Gladstar).
She is a Qigong and Yoga instructor and enjoys bringing this knowledge to her clients, assisting them in experiencing more mobility in their bodies and finding more balance in their lives. She is presently completing certification as a Medical Exercise Specialist under the tutelage of PT Dr. Mike. Combined with her knowledge and experience as a Personal Trainer and a triathlete, she is able to assist athletes in addressing injury and other clients in remaining active. Receiving appropriate therapy and setting realistic training goals are essential components to enhancing athletic performance, decreasing muscle soreness and assisting in the prevention and recovery of injuries. She has also had years of study, including on-site training in India, in the art and science of Ayurvedic medicine. Drawing from Ayurvedic wisdom and practices, she is able to support her clients in maintaining and regaining health. In addition to therapeutic massage techniques, such as Trigger Point therapy and myofascial release, she offers her clients Hot Stone treatments, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Temple bodywork, and Sports massage for athletes
